About the job

We are facing an exciting transformation of healthcare and are now looking for someone who wants to help drive this development forward. Your mission is to contribute to a strategic quality and development work, and in this role, you will be responsible for strengthening the administration's ability to use data to drive improvement and development. You will work with analytical work in close collaboration with colleagues in the development department, operational representatives, and other system specialists.

The work involves, among other things, performing deep dives into data to identify trends and patterns, supporting operational follow-up and management. You will primarily work with systems for follow-up, especially Power BI. The work is mostly at a high level, and the goals are to develop Närhälsan's ability to manage and lead with the help of data. You will work both independently and in a group.

About you

To succeed in this role, you need to be analytical, results-oriented, used to taking initiative, working independently, and creating effective working methods. You need to have good knowledge of writing and optimizing SQL queries, have an understanding of relational databases and data modeling, and be able to design visually appealing dashboards.

You should have experience in extracting, transforming, and loading data in Power BI, as well as knowledge of data virtualization. Furthermore, you are expected to use Power Query for efficient data management and write DAX formulas for calculations.

We are looking for someone with a relevant university degree and several years of experience in both business development and data analysis. You are a person who sees the big picture, finds it easy to understand new assignments, and takes responsibility for their implementation.

Desirable experiences include:

• Other programming languages such as R and Python.
• Experience working with statistical methods.
• Experience with tools such as Denodo.

The position is located at one of our local offices in Skövde, Borås, Gothenburg, and Vänersborg. You will also have the opportunity to work partly remotely.
